You can cancel your Health by Faith VIP membership at any time — it takes about a minute, and you don't have to talk to anyone.
How to cancel
Option A — Online (fastest): Log in to your account, go to Membership, and select Cancel membership. Done.
Option B — Email: Send your order number to support@healthbyfaith.com with the word "Cancel" in the subject line — we'll confirm within 24 hours.
When it takes effect
Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. If you cancel during your free trial, you will never be charged at all. If you cancel during a paid period, you keep your VIP access until the end of the period you've already paid for — after that, you will not be charged again.
A few honest answers
- Will you make it hard? No. Cancelling is as easy as joining — that's a promise, and it's also the law.
- Do I lose the books I bought? Never. Individual purchases are yours forever; only VIP perks end.
- Does the charity donation stop? Your past contributions already went to the cause — those stand. Only future ones end with your membership.
- Can I come back? Anytime. Rejoining takes one click.
