Welcome to Health by Faith. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. About Our Products

Health by Faith sells digital download products — ebooks and printable guides — delivered electronically by email and through your account after purchase. No physical items are shipped unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. We accept major credit and debit cards and the payment methods displayed at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

Individual books and guides are one-time payments — you will never be charged again for a product you have already purchased. The VIP Membership (Section 5) is a recurring subscription, disclosed exactly as described below.

4. Digital Delivery

Your product is delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout, with a download link available immediately after purchase. If your download does not arrive within 24 hours, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@healthbyfaith.com and we will resolve it. You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address.

5. VIP Membership

The Health by Faith VIP Membership begins with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership begins automatically at $19.99 USD per month (exclusive of taxes), billed every 30 days until you cancel.

Your VIP Membership includes:

  • Every new book we release, included at no extra cost, the day it comes out
  • Full access to our complete back-catalog of ebooks and guides
  • A monthly printable large-print activity pack (puzzles, trackers, and devotional pages)
  • Member pricing on any future products not included in the membership
  • A good cause: 10% of every membership payment is donated to charities serving isolated and food-insecure seniors

Terms of the membership:

  • The price, trial length, and automatic renewal are shown at checkout before you enter payment, and you must actively consent to the recurring charge.
  • We email you a reminder before your trial converts to a paid membership, including how to cancel.
  • A receipt is emailed after every charge, including cancellation instructions.
  • You may cancel at any time — online in a few clicks, or by email — as described on our Membership Cancellation page. Cancellation stops all future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Charges appear as HEALTHBYFAITH on your card statement.
  • Books you purchased individually remain yours forever, whether or not you remain a member.

6. Health & Exercise Disclaimer

Our products are educational resources, not medical advice. They are not a substitute for consultation with a physician or qualified health professional. Always consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program, and stop any exercise that causes pain. By using our products, you agree that you do so at your own discretion and risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All products, text, illustrations, and designs on this site are protected by copyright and are the property of Health by Faith. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may print purchased materials for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or republish any product, in whole or in part.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this site or our products for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site, or to resell or redistribute our products.

9. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our products and this site are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health by Faith's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
