Refund policy

We want you to buy with confidence. This page explains exactly how refunds work for our products — in plain language.

Digital Products

Our books and guides are digital downloads delivered instantly by email. Because they cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are final under standard circumstances.

Exceptions — When We Will Refund or Replace

We will issue a full refund or a working replacement if:

• (a) You never received your download. If your product has not arrived within 24 hours of purchase (including your spam folder) and our support team cannot get it to you, you get your money back.
• (b) The file is corrupted or defective. If the file does not open or display correctly and we cannot provide a working replacement, you get your money back.

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact support@healthbyfaith.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours.

The Right Book Promise

If you bought one of our books and it is genuinely not what the product page described, tell us within 14 days — we will make it right. We stand behind honest product descriptions; if we got something wrong, that's on us, not you.

VIP Membership

The VIP free trial can be cancelled at any time during the trial at no charge. Once a paid billing cycle has begun, that cycle's charge is non-refundable — you may cancel at any time to stop all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Cancellation instructions are on our Membership Cancellation page. Books purchased individually are always yours to keep, regardless of membership status.

Chargebacks

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If you have any issue with a charge, please contact us first at support@healthbyfaith.com — we resolve almost everything within one business day. If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide transaction and delivery records to your financial institution.
